Network and learn

Networking and Learning

Building relationships is about a lot more than liking someone’s post on LinkedIn. While you’re attending World Conference 2015, you can build real, face-to-face associations with like-minded HR Pros and executives. You can talk about the specialized breakout and product training session you both just attended, or the gigantic enchilada you devoured for lunch.

Session Description

Your senior executive team hates HR. What that really means, is they hate what and how you do most of your job. You know it's true. You feel it every time they forget to invite you to a leadership meeting. You're not alone. You are viewed as having low influence, low value and being a high pain in their butt. I think all of that is Awesome! Why? When your organization has low expectations of what you will and can do, it gives you unlimited room to create, test and build industry leading stuff! Who cares that it failed, you were supposed to fail! Our reality is that in HR we have the ability to deliver today, unlike any other time in our organizations history. All we need is to know is what those expectations are and how to tackle them. I've got some answers for you, directly from the mouths of CEOs. It's time to start making some wishes come true!
